CLOSING LOCATION: McLean County Office of the County Administrator 115 E. Washington Street Room 401 P.O. Box 2400 Bloomington, IL 61702-2400

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CST)

A mandatory pre-bid Submission Conference will be held on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the McLean County Government Center located at 115 E. Washington Street, Bloomington, IL. Please plan to park in either the Lincoln Parking Garage or the parking lot west of the building. There is also 90-minute street parking. The meeting will start at the Front Street entrance (south side) and the Mclean County Project Manager will escort attendees through the facility starting shortly after 10:00 a.m. Submitters desiring to submit a proposal must attend this conference to be considered for selection. Submitters that did not attend this conference will have their proposal returned unopened.
