Bidders must submit Bids that comply with the version of the StandardRequirements included in the Contract Documents.Prevailing Wage rates and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are applicable to this Project.The percentage is determined by the contracted value of goods, services, materials, and labor that are provided by EDGE-certified Business(es). The participation is calculated on the total amount of each awarded contract.
