	Project Description		One-Two Sentences The project will replace the aging plumbing fixtures and supporting infrastructure with modern accessible and Code complaint materials and systems. The scope will include the removal and replacement of sinks within all student rooms, along with the plumbing modernization of all common multi-fixture, high-density washrooms, and the common kitchen areas. Current project authorization is for advanced planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
