Bid Title:	Greyhound Park Water Main Looping Project

Description: This project provides for the installation of approximately 750 linear feet of 8-in ductile iron pipe north of the existing dog track on Greyhound Park Road. The new water main will create a looped system and provide a redundant water supply, supporting improved reliability and service on Chaplain Schmitt Island. Each Bidder must visit the project site(s) of the proposed work to fully acquaint itself with the existing conditions relating to the project and must inform itself as to the facilities involved, the difficulties and the restrictions related to the performance of the Contract. Each Bidder must thoroughly examine and familiarize itself with the specifications and all other Contract Documents. The Contractor by the execution of the Contract shall in no way be relieved of any obligation under the contract due to Contractor’s failure to receive or examine any contract document or to visit the site and acquaint itself with the conditions there existing.
