I. Solicitation
Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is soliciting written quotes from qualified contractors to perform annual fire alarm and fire sprinkler inspection, testing, service, and reporting at twelve (12) rural Alaska locations in accordance with NFPA 72 and NFPA 25. Questions must be submitted by email to Aaron Heath at aaron.heath@tananachiefs.org no later than 1:00 PM Alaska Time on August 14, 2026. TCC will issue any final addendum responding to questions no later than 1:00 PM Alaska Time on August 19, 2026. Proposals must be submitted by email to Aaron Heath at the same address no later than 1:00 PM Alaska Time on August 31, 2026. Late proposals may be rejected at TCC’s discretion.

II. Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, travel coordination, supervision, documentation, and incidental services necessary to perform annual service, inspection, and testing of fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems at the listed TCC rural locations in accordance with applicable NFPA 72 and NFPA 25 requirements.

Included Work:

• Perform required annual inspection, testing, and service of fire alarm systems covered under NFPA 72.
• Perform required annual inspection, testing, and service of fire sprinkler systems covered under NFPA 25.
• Inspect connected devices, panels, initiating devices, notification appliances, sprinkler risers, control valves, flow devices, tamper devices, and other related system components as applicable to each site.
• Coordinate site access with the TCC Project Manager or assigned site contact before beginning work at each location.
• Maintain safe work practices and minimize disruption to clinic, office, housing, or facility operations during inspections.
