ITN# 26-14 Food Service Equipment, Maintenance, and Repair The University of North Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate desires to enter into an agreement with a qualified Contractor to provide repairs, maintenance, parts, replacement equipment, and related services for all specified commercial food equipment on UNF campus located at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, Florida, 32224. The awarded contractor must supply all labor, tools, and materials; meet response times for service and emergencies; document all work; and ensure technicians are properly trained and certified. Preventive maintenance must follow manufacturer guidelines, with detailed checklists, and equipment updates. Services must be provided in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Pre-Response Meeting April 14, 2026, 2:30 p.m. Deadline for Questions April 17, 2026, 12:00 noon Response to Questions April 22, 2026 Proposals Due May 5, 2026, 2:00 p.m. Responses will only be accepted electronically through the UNF Bid Portal.
