Description: The Nantucket Islands Land Bank (“Land Bank”), the awarding authority, through its Commission, invites qualified bidders to submit bids to provide labor, equipment, and necessary supervision required to safely and efficiently improve and finish the surface according to engineered plans of the northern parking lot of Cisco Beach for public safety and ease of maintenance, create proper drainage and swales for water management on site, and re-install posts to delineate the external edge of the parking area and internal parking rows.
