Notes	The Little Rock School District (LRSD) invites your offer to provide outpatient mental health services to selected schools in the Little Rock School District (LRSD) per the scope of work in the attached request for qualifications. Selection Process A District committee will evaluate all responses received. An initial review of responses will be conducted to determine overall responsiveness. LRSD will disqualify any response that is determined to be incomplete or non-responsive. After the evaluation committee reviews all of the submitted responses, selected firms MAY be asked to make a formal presentation to the same or expanded committee. After these presentations (if needed), a decision will made regarding firm(s) to be placed on an approved list of providers for the District. Scope The District reserves the right to award multiple contracts based on responses received and what is in the best interest of the District, and will negotiate with the most qualified applicant(s). This RFQ intends to develop a list of approved vendors whereby the District can select firms to conduct the actual services needed. Companies already on the approved list are asked to respond and update their information on file with us.
