Renovations will include spatial reconfiguration, new interior finishes, and MEP upgrades to support the new laboratories. Abatement will be required.

The project is being bid through Building Connected: https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5a0304ab19181d000f2b73bb . Access to the Bid Documents is intended for the bidder, their company, and entities involved in formulating the bid response.

IMPORTANT: All bidders MUST submit their bid through Building Connected, or else their bid will not be accepted. Subcontractors MUST include Section A1.1- MBE & WBE Form. Please note that if no MBE or WBE is applicable, the Subcontractor shall still fill out N/A and submit the form.
