Description: Jefferson County Public Works Invitation to Bid 2026 Hot Mix Asphalt Contract Sealed bids for 2026 Hot Mix Asphalt will be received by Jefferson County Public Works (JCPW) located at 290 N 4000 E, Rigby, Idaho 83442 until  8:00 am (local time), Monday, March 23, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 am at the Courthouse Annex Meeting Room, 210 Courthouse Way, Rigby, Idaho. The Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks competitive bids from qualified Firms to provide Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) material. All questions or clarifications concerning this Invitation to Bid or the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents must be submitted and received in writing by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. JCPW has prepared the Contract Documents and copies may be obtained from the Jefferson County Public Works Office at 290 N 4000 E, Rigby, Idaho 83442.  Please contact the office at 208-745-9224 for mailed copies.
