Project Description

Bid #	Description	Contact	Closing Date & Time
Sole Source	The Art of Scholarships offers a unique, holistic framework designed for federal programs like GEAR UP. It includes a multi-grade parent curriculum, executive coaching, and strategic outreach to students, parents, and teachers to support the GEAR UP objectives of increasing college and career readiness. No other single vendor provides this full scope; replicating it would require 3-4 separate contracts, leading to inconsistent messaging and higher administrative overhead. The Art of Scholarships has proven success with USU GEAR UP Cohort 6, achieving high engagement and positive feedback. With specialized experience supporting 15+ TRIO/GEAR UP organizations and a national record of $18M in student scholarships, The Art of Scholarships is uniquely qualified to ensure implementation continuity, cross-district consistency, and federal compliance for USU GEAR UP Cohort 6.
