Proposal may also be mailed to PO Box 716, Henderson, Kentucky 42419. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm on Tuesday, October 13th, 2026, prevailing local time. Facsimile or electronic proposals will not be accepted. Late proposals will not be accepted. The proposal opening will not be open to the public. The proposals are being solicited pursuant to KRS 45A.370.
