ALTERNATE #1 BID: The project consists of the installation of a new 20-inch diameter forcemain and a new 16-inch diameter forcemain to replace the two existing 16-inch diameter forcemains from the West Pump Station to the NCT (Vernon Hills) Water Reclamation Facility, Building #25 (Preliminary Treatment) and other related work.
