Description: The Churchill County Board of County Commissioners is currently accepting bids to perform renovations of the Churchill County Annex Building.  The “Work” to include the following: - Demo existing walls including electrical and data, doorways, and interior windows. - Remove existing flooring and baseboards. - Construct interior walls including tape and texture. - Install new electrical receptacles, switches, and data. - Install new doors including trim and hardware. - Install new carpet tiles, LVT flooring, and baseboards. - Adjust existing lighting and HVAC registers as necessary. - Remove and replace all receptacles, switches, and wall plates. - Prime and paint interior walls. - Install wiring for cameras and door access points as required. - Install security cameras and door access points. Project plans and scope of work are included in the specifications attached as Exhibit A.  The specification may be supplemented with more detailed drawings, descriptions, and requirements at the mandatory pre-bid meeting which shall automatically become part of the bid packet.
