Background

The Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 will be accepting statements of qualifications (RFQ) for the provision of Real Estate Appraisal Services to establish a pre-qualified Pool on an “As Needed Basis'', per project by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1.

Upon approval and acceptance of the Pool by the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Board of Directors, the term of the ''Pre-Qualified Pool” will be for a period of five (5) years.
