Funding by CDBG-DR (SAM.gov Assistance Listing 14.228)b. Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program (RCIP)c. RCIP Project No. 26LDRC7721Purchases for this project shall be exempt from state sales and use tax according to La. R.S.47:301(8)(c)(i). The successful bidder shall be granted the tax-exempt status of Jefferson Parish viaForm R-1020, Designation of Construction Contractor as Agent of a Governmental Entity Sales TaxExemption Certificate.
