Description:	Improvements to existing parks/kayak launches along the Mahoning River. Project will feature an improved trail from Spring Commons to West Avenue, picnic table areas, concrete walkways, gathering areas, a vault restroom, expanded parking, and two new floating docks with gangways.
Additional Description:	There will be no temporary or permanent fill below the OHWM of the river and no involvement with wetlands.
