Project Bid Received By & Opening Information:	Bids for the construction of the Project must be submitted before 2:00 pm MDT on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, to Franson Civil Engineers through QuestCDN.com via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN vBid (see www.fransoncivil.com/project-bidding) Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. After the time for receipt of Bids has expired, QuestCDN vBid will close the bidding period and automatically tabulate bids. Only bids from pre-qualified contractors will be accepted.

Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 10:00 am MDT. All plan holders will receive an invitation to the virtual pre-bid conference. On June 17, between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, bidders will have the opportunity to meet with the Engineer at the pump station site and tour the project area. There will not be a formal presentation by the Engineer as part of the site visit. Bidders are not required to visit the site when the Engineer is present but are strongly encouraged to visit the site during the bidding period to observe conditions. Location information and details will be provided at the pre-bid conference. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference.
