DHS is seeking to provide Psychiatric Residential Treatment Services for Individuals Under 21 through the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility Medicaid Benefit New Providers Only

DHS, through its Behavioral Health Administration, is seeking new PRTF providers to provide psychiatric residential treatment services in the State of Minnesota for individuals 21 and under who have complex mental health treatment needs under the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) Medicaid Benefit.

The term of any resulting contract is anticipated to be from December 1, 2025, until June 30, 2027. STATE may extend the contract up to a total of five (5) years.
