Description:	The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Rolling Rose Neighborhood Stormwater Improvements - Phase I as follows: Installation of approximately 800 linear feet of new 12-15” storm sewer and associated drainage inlet structures. Work also includes 3,300 linear foot of swale regrading, 12 new driveway culverts, and approximately 900 feet of infiltration swale to improve the neighborhood stormwater drainage.
