Project Description: Notice is hereby given that the Columbia County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive bids for the sale of an abandoned portion of Morris Callaway Road right-of-way/old roadbed totaling 2.77 acres. This property is identified as a portion of Morris Callaway Road from its intersection with Bill Dorn Road continuing south for approximately 1,200 feet all that lies within Columbia County and being the same right-a-way/old roadbed that was abandoned in Columbia County BOC Resolution 16-18 on September 2, 2026. A plat of said parcel can be viewed in the Pre-Construction Manager’s office at 630 Ronald Reagan Drive, Building A, 2nd Floor, Evans, GA.
