Description: The Town is seeking a qualified professional engineering, landscape architecture, and sports field design team to renovate an existing soccer field that is currently experiencing performance issues at the Town of Apex Hunter Street Park. The scope includes subsurface investigation, stormwater compliance evaluation, and development of design recommendations for resurfacing the field. Additionally, the Town seeks to explore the feasibility of expanding the field footprint westward to provide leveled space for potential spectator seating.
