Description: BID SUMMARY Commodity/Service Being Requested: Men’s and Women’s Shower Room Renovation Type of Solicitation: Request for Proposals - It is the intention of Jackson County to bid and award a Master Agreement to a contractor capable of renovating the men’s and women’s trackside shower rooms at James J. Keeley County Park in Jackson, Michigan. Type of Resulting Contract: Jackson County will use the results of this process to award a contract to a Vendor capable of meeting the terms and conditions outlined in this RFP. Resulting Contract Term: Project will commence in Fall of 2026 with substantial completion by November 30, 2026. Painting to be completed by Spring of 2027 depending on weather.
