Description: Notice for Bids Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at City Hall, 100 N. M. L. King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085-4316 until August 20th, 2025, at 9 am Central Standard Time (CST) for: Keller Ave and Washington St Resurfacing In accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer this will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. Bids will be opened at City Hall in the Council Chambers, 100 N. M. L. King Jr. Ave., and bids will be due August 20th, 2025, at 9:00 am and can be viewed in person in the Council Chambers as well as on Facebook Live at Waukegancityclerk. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the words: Sealed Bid: August 20th, 2025 Keller Avenue and Washington Street Resurfacing Bids shall be addressed to Janet Kilkelly City Clerk, City of Waukegan 100 N. M. L. King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085-4316 and must be received before 9:00 a.m. August 20th.
