The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA), 901 East Byrd Street, Suite 1120, Richmond, Virginia 23219 until 10:00 a.m. local time, will receive sealed Proposals for the above project on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Sealed bid documents will be transferred by RMTA staff to the Powhite South-Administration Building, located at 6500 Powhite Parkway, Richmond, VA 23225 where the bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:00 a.m. local time.
