Separate sealed bids for Water Transmission Improvements – 30-Inch Transmission Main –

Phase 2 will be received by the City of North Myrtle Beach via www.BidNetDirect.com or received

physically at 1018 2nd Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 until 11:00 A.M. on Friday,

January 23, 2026 and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials except materials pre-purchased by the

Owner, and all equipment and labor necessary to construct Water Transmission Improvements

– 30-Inch Transmission Main – Phase 2, consisting of the following approximate quantities:

 +/- 2,318 LF of 30-inch RJ DIP Waterline

 One (1) tie-in with existing 30-inch ductile iron water main via tapping sleeve and valve.

Materials pre-purchased by the Owner:

 Two (2) 30-inch butterfly valves.

The Information for Bidders, Bid Form, Contract, Plans, Specifications, Bid Bond, Performance

Bond and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following

Bidding Documents may be accessed by registering with BidNetDirect. Registration with

BidNetDirect is required to obtain the bid documents and be added to the official Plan Holder’s

List. Addenda will only be notified to those registered with BidNetDirect. OWNER/ARCHITECT/

ENGINEER will NOT be responsible for copies of the bid documents obtained from sources

other than from BidNetDirect. Please refer to the enclosed packet for registration and other
