Smith Elementary School Renovation

Newfield Construction Group acting as Construction Manager for The City of New Britain will receive sealed proposals for the bid packages listed below until 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 11, 2026. All bids will be received at Holmes Elementary School, 2150 Stanley St., New Britain, CT 06053. All proposals should be addressed to Newfield Construction in a sealed envelope. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of abatement, demolition, site improvements, additions and a complete renovation of the existing Smith Elementary School.
