Notice is given that on December 16, 2025 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly

open separate sealed bids for MJR & Transfer Road Exterior Door Replacement, Project Number 64105,

Contract Number 25P264.

The work of this project includes the replacement of existing overhead section doors, installation of new

high-speed fabric doors, soffit replacement, wall modifications, electrical and fire suppression upgrades.

Road location, will begin at 1:00PM. The second site visit, at MJR Garage, will begin at 2:30PM. The
