The City also reserves the right to waive or dispense with any of the formalities contained herein. By submitting a proposal, the Proposer acknowledges and will adhere to all specifications as stated within this request for proposal document. The City will choose the combination of insurance plans it determines to be in its best interest, which may mean that a number of contracts could be awarded.   The City reserves the right to award several contracts which may result in a respondent receiving a contract for only one coverage, even if the respondent submitted a proposal for several coverages.
