RIVERBEND GOLF COMPLEX GOLF CART OPERATING LEASE

Request for Proposal Documents

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kent, Washington, is seeking sealed responses to a Request For Proposals for the Riverbend Golf Complex Golf Cart Operating Lease until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10 ^th , 2025. Submittals will be accepted by; the City Clerk's office at 220 Fourth Ave. South, Kent, WA 98032 by mail or in-person by Eric T. Hinrichs, Golf Complex Manager at the Riverbend Golf Complex, 2019 West Meeker Street, Kent, WA 98032. Submittals must be received by the above-stated date and time, regardless of the delivery method, including U.S. Mail.

The City is accepting proposals for a 48 month operating lease for the lease of a fleet of 75 vehicles which includes; 32 new electric golf carts, 40 new gas powered golf carts, 2 new gas powered utility vehicles and 1 new gas powered driving range picker/utility vehicle equipped with a protective enclosure.
