Description: Sealed Bids will be received by Riley County, Kansas at the Office of the County Clerk for the construction of: University Park Utility Extension Project. Bids will be accepted until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at the Office of the County Clerk, located in the Riley County Office Building, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, KS.  Bids will be opened and read aloud at 9:20 a.m. on Thursday, July 10, 2025, during the Board of County Commissioners meeting at Family and Child Resource Center (FCRC) 2101 Claflin Road, Room#124, Manhattan, KS. Principal Items of Work: Installation of 420 ft. of 6” PVC waterline and service connections. Installation of Sewer Lateral, Sewer Main, Manhole and Cleanout. Copies of the Drawings and other Contract Documents are on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the County Clerk located in the Riley County Office Building, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, KS and Schwab Eaton, 5410 Ledgestone Dr, Ste 100, Manhattan, KS 66503, (785)-539-4687. Working Days, the Proposed Start Date, and Bid Amount will all be considered in awarding of the Bid.
