Project Description

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified executive search firms (Respondents) to assist the RTAA Board of Trustees and staff in preparing and conducting a comprehensive nationwide search for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the RTAA. All sealed Proposals for RFP #25/26-10 Executive Search Firm Services shall be opened at 2:00 PM [PST], Monday, February 2, 2026. Solicitation documents and addenda are available online at the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website: https://nevada.ionwave.net/. Prospective Respondents must register with the NGEM Supplier System and keep their contact information updated to continue to receive RFP solicitations and notifications. Supplier Registration profiles will be shared with all NGEM-participating government entities.

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Contracts & Procurement Department, in accordance

with the provisions of NRS Chapter 332, is currently accepting sealed Proposals from qualified
