Notice is hereby given that the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Carmel, Hamilton County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for 116th Street and Hoover Road Roundabout Construction via the City's e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/carmelin . Project work will include This project consists of constructing a single lane roundabout at the intersection of 116th Street & Hoover Road. This includes HMA pavement, curb and gutter, a shared-use path, an enclosed storm sewer system, lighting, landscaping, water main relocation, and raised crosswalks. .
