CONTRACTOR VENDOR POOL

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Bloomington (“HRA”) is soliciting Responses from qualified companies to provide small- and large-scale repairs (“Services”) such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, exterior repairs, and other services. The HRA will select multiple contractors from the RFQ process as a pool of possible partners from which to secure estimates and select to complete repairs. To establish such a "Contractor Vendor Pool," the HRA is seeking Responses from vendors qualified and experienced in providing such repair services pursuant to Bloomington HRA Code Section 1.17(a). Selection of contractors through this RFQ is not a guarantee of securing a paid contract with the HRA.
