Project Description

The Kenton County Airport Board (“KCAB”) is soliciting bids for window washing services for the buildings located at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (“CVG”). CVG's campus include many buildings such as the Main Terminal, Concourses A &B, and the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC), Millions of passengers' travel through CVG's terminals and concourses annually. There are also several other buildings that house the many operational and support departments at CVG. CVG has many tenants that conduct business throughout the campus at the terminal, concourses, and office buildings. Maintaining an appealing, clean, and inviting atmosphere for our passengers and tenants is a top priority. KCAB currently contracts regularly, scheduled window cleanings throughout the year. Through this solicitation, KCAB will establish a multi-year contract with a contractor who can perform the window cleaning services at scheduled in a safe and timely manner.
