Project Description: The Kansas City Aviation Department (KCAD) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for a multi-year, lump-sum contract not to exceed O&M and T&M contingency to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the following facilities at the Kansas City International Airport (MCI):
• MCI Main Terminal HVAC / Plumbing Systems
• MCI Parking Garage HVAC Systems
The Contractor will provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and associated services required to maintain and operate the identified mechanical and plumbing systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and best practices.
