Description: **Pre-Bid meeting has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 28 at 2:00pm due to impending weather** Gaston County, NC is requesting sealed bids for ADMINISTRATIVE ANNEX UPFIT. The project consists of a renovation and addition to a historic, in-line storefront structure at 110 West Main Ave, Gastonia, NC 28052. The front façade will be renovated in an attempt to more closely reflect the original building aesthetic. A new elevator tower and exterior stair will be added to the rear of the building in the existing courtyard space. The interior will be entirely renovated and upfit to accommodate administrative space. All new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building equipment, systems, and fixtures will be installed. The project will be financed with local funds.
