ADDENDUM NO. 2

The following are revisions to the Project Manual for TCEP GREEN POWER MICROGRID EV

CHARGERS AND RENEWABLES AT HARBOR FACILITIES), dated October 2025. Please

transmit this information to your prospective sub-bidders, as applicable. This Addendum No. 2

is part of the Contract Documents and its receipt shall be acknowledged on Document 00400,

Bid Form.

1. DOCUMENT 00100 – INVITATION TO BID, page 00100-1

REVISE the first paragraph of the Invitation to Bid to read as follows:

“The CITY OF OAKLAND, acting by and through its BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS

(the “Port”), will receive Bids per the provisions of Document 00200, Instructions to Bidders,

Paragraph 20, Bid Submission, until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, for the

following public work:”

2. DOCUMENT 00200 – INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, page 00200-1

REVISE the third sentence of Paragraph 1, Receipt of Bids, to read as follows:

“The Port will receive bids until 12:00 p.m., on December 16, 2025.”

3. DOCUMENT 00200 – INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, page 00200-8

REVISE the third sentence of Paragraph 20, Bid Opening, to read as follows:

“The Zoom meeting will commence at 12:10 p.m. on December 16, 2025.”
