Library/Museum Room Roof Replacement

Morrow County invites qualified roofing contractors to submit proposals for the roof replacement at 444 N. Main Street, Heppner, Oregon.

A site visit is strongly encouraged and must be completed before the proposal deadline. Contact Tony Clement at 541-240-1791 to schedule. Proposals must include a complete itemized cost and project schedule. This is a public improvement subject to applicable BOLI prevailing-wage requirements.

Proposals are due September 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
