Notes	COCONINO COUNTY NOTICE OF BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received by Coconino County for furnishing the following items or services as follows: ISSUE DATE: February 21st, 2025 UNTIL: March 19th, 2025 @ 2:00PM for BID: 2025-04 ITEM: Submersible Remotely Operated Vehicle (One) Specifications and bid forms are available at the Ion Wave Technologies web site at https://coconino.ionwave.net Bids shall be opened and publicly read by the County. Awards shall be made with reasonable promptness by giving written notice to the bidder whose bid best conforms to the invitation and will be most advantageous to Coconino County with respect to price, conformity to the specifications, and other factors. Other factors to be considered may include, but are not limited to, quality, uniformity of product and the bidder’s past performance on other contracts. Award may be made to other than the low-cost bid. However, all bids may be rejected if the Board determines that rejection is in the public interest.
