Scope of Services
The City is seeking proposals and qualifications from potential development partners with the qualifications and experience to deliver a shared vision for the initial Lake Monroe Waterfront Downtown Sanford CRA known as the OPPORTUNITY SITE. The City envisions the development of an authentic urban neighborhood of high architectural quality. The redevelopment of the Waterfront Opportunity Site is identified as a strategy and objective in the adopted Lake Monroe Waterfront Downtown Sanford Community Redevelopment Plan. One parcel is located within the City’s Downtown Historic District (25-19-30-522-0300-0000 -1.28 ACRES). The future development of the site will be required to be compatible with the historic architecture, materials, appearance, and styles demonstrated in the adjacent buildings, and approved by the City’s Historic Preservation Board.

This has significant impact to the planning feasibility of the site. Can these be made available by Monday 5/12?
Thank you,
Craig Thomas5/9/2025 4:28:23 PM Addendum to Follow. 5/14/2025 3:33:53 PM Following up on the request for the existing soils and geotech reports that were said would be made available. Thank you. 5/14/2025 10:30:28 AM Addendum to Follow. 5/14/2025 3:37:30 PM Attachment "D" in the RFQ requests a proposed schedule of subcontractor participation, identifying company names, subcontract values and minority codes. Given the conceptual nature of this RFQ, subcontractor information is not available at this time, however, checking "No subcontracting of any kind will be utilized on this project" would be an incorrect statement since subcontractors will eventually be considered for construction.
Can Attachment "D" be omitted without penalty, or should we simply submit and clarify our intent in a narrative?5/21/2025 3:11:37 PM The form must be completed with any subcontractor that might be used and a percentage estimate of work. 5/22/2025 10:42:23 AM Due to consultant availability challenges and the Memorial Day holiday, will the City grant a two week extension to submit the response to the RFQ? 5/22/2025 11:15:29 AM We will be extending the deadline to next Thursday, June 5 at 2:00 P.M. local time. An addendum will be posted with the date change. 5/28/2025 5:24:44 PM Commodity Codes
