Listing Information/Advertisement

Sealed bids for the sale of surplus equipment will be received by the Board of Commissioners, South Lafourche Levee District, Post Office Box 426, 17904 Highway 3235, Galliano, LA 70354 until 11:00 a.m. September 4, 2025.  At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the sale of the following item:

Used surplus 2007 ET16 Magic Tilt Boat TrailerItem may be viewed by appointment only at the South Lafourche Levee District office located at 17904 Hwy 3235, Galliano, LA.  To schedule an appointment, please contact Drake Baudoin at (985) 696-6335, or call the office of the South Lafourche Levee District at (985) 632-7554.

Bids should be submitted to the South Lafourche Levee District, PO Box 426, Galliano, LA 70354, with the envelope marked “Sale of Used Boat Trailer”.   The envelope should also contain a return address.  Bids will be accepted by US Postal Service or may be hand delivered, in which case a receipt will be given to the bidder upon request.

Any bid received after 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 4, 2025, will be returned unopened.

The South Lafourche Levee District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality, or to accept any bid that may serve its best interest. The winning bidder will make full payment within 5 days of Board acceptance of the bid price.
