IVTB #2026-15 LAMINATE PLANK FLOORING FOR VOTERS REGISTRATION AND RIDGELAND MAGISTRATE

Notice is hereby given that sealed Bids will be received for Laminate Plank Flooring for the Voters Registration Building and the Ridgeland Magistrate Building project for Jasper County, South Carolina, (the “County”) until Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at which time all Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Jasper County Council Chamber.

Bids also be submitted via mail or hand delivered in a sealed envelope to the address below with “FLOORING VR & MAGISTRATE IVTB #2026-15” written on the outside of the envelope. It must be received no later than 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Bidders choosing to submit a hard copy should submit an original and two copies. Any Bid submitted or delivered after the above time will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Jasper County is not responsible for late submissions caused by delays in mail delivery or a delay in any other method of delivery.
