It is the responsibility of the proposer to monitor this site prior to proposal submission, in case additional information, which may be pertinent to the proposal is provided.
General Information:

The Public Works Department is seeking proposals from experienced training providers to design and deliver a management and leadership development program for approximately 45 people comprised of our section managers, division managers, and senior leadership team.

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams on Monday, January 26, 2026 at 11:00 am. Proposers interested in attending shall email Jennifer.Coker@clark.wa.gov no later than January 26, 2026 at 8:30 am for the meeting invite.
