Description: The Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing exterior metal wall panels, installation of a metal-over-metal retrofit roof system, interior wall panel system, exhaust fan and appurtenant components including, but not limited to, fiberglass insulation, flashing and trim, and gutters and downspouts upon an existing steel frame emergency services structure. Site work in the form of minor grading, drainage improvements, and placement of concrete pavement is also involved. Owing to the critical nature of the facility, certain scheduling, means and methods of construction will be subject to coordination with and approval by the Owner. The Work is more fully described and detailed in the contract documents. Refer to the Bid Documents for a complete description of work.
