Dona Ana County (DAC) owns and operate water and wastewater distribution supply systems that serve customers in southern Dona Ana County, the City of Sunland Park, Santa Teresa, Chaparral, other rural areas within the County and facilities in the Border Area. Dona Ana County (DAC) intends to enter into an agreement with up to four successful Proposers for the performance of water and wastewater system maintenance and repair services to ensure that uninterrupted water and wastewater service is available and that emergency repairs are made in a timely manner.
