Project Description: The project consists of replacing approximately 24,502 square yards of existing 6-inch & 8-inch street pavement, 1,467 square yards of alley pavement, 4,753 square yards of sidewalk & ramps, 1,908 square yards of driveway approaches as well as 9,534 linear feet of 8-inch & 6-inch waterline improvements along West Shore Drive, Fontana Ave. and Arapaho Road. 5,865 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch & 15-inch wastewater and 1,375 linear feet of storm drain. Improvements on Arapaho Road include waterline replacement work and corner ramps and pedestrian push button improvements on the north side of the intersection. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the City will spend approximately $12,375,547.94 for this project.
