Mohawk Valley Community College Dental Hygiene Program - Dental Clinic

The work will include interior demolition of the lower level (Occupancy B) which includes office spaces, fitness room, locker rooms. The reconcstruction will include (Occupancy B) Dental Clinic with 24 operatories and ancillary spaces. Reconstructed spaces to include Locker Room, Toilet Rooms, operatories, Clean 7 Dirty Sterilization Rooms, Offices, X-Ray rooms, Viewing Room and public waiting. The reconfigured space will include new vinyl flooring, metal stud walls with gypsum board, acoustical tile ceilings, associated dental equipment and casework, autoclaves and other sterilization equipment. Mechanical and Plumbing work associated with the reconstruction is included
