Homecomings, Inc., nonprofit affiliate of the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura,

hereby issues Addendum No. 1 to the Request for Proposals for Appraisal Services for

Single‑Family Residential Homes and Duplexes.

Revised Deadline

New Proposal Due Date: January 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Submission Method: Proposals shall continue to be submitted via email to:

The responsibility for submitting responses on or before the revised deadline remains solely

with the Offeror. Homecomings, Inc. will not be responsible for delays caused by any

occurrence.

Purpose of Addendum

This extension is being issued to allow additional time for Offerors to prepare and submit

complete and competitive proposals.

Acknowledgment of Addendum

Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in their proposal submission.
