The Economic Development & Housing Division of the City of San Carlos is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide on-call consulting services in Economic Development and Housing. The City intends to enter into contracts with multiple firms based on specific expertise, availability, and cost. Firms may apply even if they can assist in only one or a few specific service areas.

Scope of services includes:

1. Strategic advice for real estate development and property acquisition
2. Real estate market and fiscal impact analysis
3. Guidance on redevelopment agency (RDA) dissolution compliance and legislation
4. Support with affordable housing development, state housing compliance, and funding strategies
